The neighbourhood teams organise interesting meetings and courses in a large number of neighbourhoods in the municipality of Utrecht. For example, there are meetings for victims of the allowance affair.
In addition, we organize courses and training such as the Budget course, 'Stress. You can learn to relax' and the activation course 'Step forward'. For informal caregivers there is the course: 'Increase your resilience'. For people who are dealing with domestic violence there is 'From Happiness to Violence and vice versa'. There are no costs associated with participation.
Participants indicate that they have learned a lot about themselves and the situation they are in during the activities. Thanks to the courses and meetings, they succeed in changing their lives in a positive way. They also enjoy meeting other people who are experiencing similar things to them. Would you like that too? In this course, you'll learn, together with others, how to turn your life around. This could be in the areas of daily life, daily structure, lifestyle, social interaction, housework, making decisions, or tackling problems. The course is suitable for all ages and educational levels.
