Training planning & organizing

Goal
In three sessions, you'll learn how to better plan your week and help yourself get things done. You'll actively work on creating a feasible weekly schedule, setting priorities, and realistically estimating your time. You'll also gain tools to reduce procrastination and manage your energy more effectively.

What do we do?
During the meetings you actively work on your own weekly planning.
You will receive clear theory, practical tips and support to design and implement a realistic plan.

For adult residents of Utrecht.

Practical information
Dates: Tuesday, February 24, March 3 & March 10, 2026
Time: 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Doors open at 9:45 AM.
Location: The City Garden, Bernadottelaan 13, Utrecht
