Activation course: step forward

This course is for anyone who wants to change something in their life but doesn't know how to go about it and take the first step. In this course, you will learn together with others how to turn your life around. This could be in the areas of daily activities, daily structure, lifestyle, social contacts, household management, making decisions, or tackling problems. The course is suitable for
all ages and education levels.

For residents aged 18 and over.

Dates: April 8, April 22, May 6, May 20, 2026 (Wednesdays)
Time: 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Doors open at 9:45 AM.
Location: Community center 't Zand, Pauwoogvlinder 20 Leidsche Rijn
