In the course 'Increase your resilience' you will learn how to stand up for yourself more powerfully, without losing sight of others.
You will discover how to waste less energy and have more fun in your life! In three sessions (2,5 hours each)
(time) you will get started with practical exercises and exchange experiences and tips.
We cover, among other things:
How to Get More Energy and Waste Less Energy
Thoughts that hold you back and how to break through them
Asking for help: who and how do you do it?
What are we going to do? What will it yield?
After the course:
You will feel more confident, have less stress and more enjoyment in your life.
Do you have more insight into your boundaries and how you indicate them?
Do you know how to think more positively?
