This course is for anyone who wants to change something in their life, but doesn't know how to go about it and take the first step. In this free of charge course you will learn together with others how to give your life a twist. This can be in the area of ​​filling your day, day structure, lifestyle, social contacts, household, cutting knots or tackling problems. The course is suitable for all ages and education levels.
