Start the course 'Increase your resilience'

In free of charge course 'Increase your resilience' you will learn how to stand up for yourself more powerfully, without losing sight of others. You will discover how to waste less energy and have more fun in your life!

What do we do?

In three meetings (2,5 hours each) you will work on practical exercises and exchange experiences and tips.

We cover, among other things:

  • How to Get More Energy and Waste Less Energy
  • Thoughts that hold you back and how to break through them
  • Asking for help: who and how do you do it?

What can I expect?

After the course:

  • You will feel more confident, have less stress and more fun in your life
  • Do you have more insight into your boundaries and how you indicate them?
  • Do you know how to think more positively?

The course is given on three Thursdays: May 22, June 5 and 12, 2025 from 10.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. Admission starts at 9.45:XNUMX PM.
