Start training Acceptance and Commitment (ACT)

For residents of Utrecht who want to get more out of life, who want to change something in life, but don't know how to go about it. This free of charge You will follow the training with other residents of Utrecht.

In our ACT training we offer you tools to:
– to deal with difficult thoughts, feelings and circumstances
– find out what you really want to do in your life
– set goals that are achievable and contribute to achieving them.

We put the training in a practical way. The training consists of a combination of a bit of theory and a lot of exchanging, practicing and experiencing.

The maximum number of participants for this training is ten people. In case of more interest we aim to offer a second round later in the year.

 

Jados and Buurtteams Utrecht organize this training. Jados focuses on (young) adults with autism who (are at risk of) stagnating in their development and/or participation and are motivated to break through this.
