Are you suffering from stress? In the free of charge training 'Stress? You can learn to relax' you can get acquainted with different ways to relax. In 4 meetings of 2,5 hours we will provide you with information about stress and how you can reduce stress complaints. Together we will do relaxation exercises to discover what can help you. In addition, we will make a plan for the future in which you describe what helps you to deal with stress better.
