You are a caregiver. Caring for someone else takes up a large part of your time. Yet it is especially important to take good care of yourself. This prevents you from becoming overloaded. But yes. Caring for yourself, how do you do that?
In the training 'Increase your resilience' you will work on these questions together with other informal caregivers.
- How do you set boundaries?
- How can you make time for yourself without feeling guilty?
- What thoughts are holding you back from taking better care of yourself?
- What gives you energy and what costs you energy?
- How can you ask those around you for help?
- How do you say 'no' to well-intentioned but unwanted help?
- How can you use your values and standards positively?
- How can you use your qualities even better?
You will receive practical tips that you can apply immediately. This way you will discover what you do have influence on and learn to use this influence optimally. Participation in this training is free of charge.

The course will be given on five Thursdays: February 13 and 27 and March 13 and 27, 2025 and the return day May 22, 2025 from 9.30 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. Admission starts at 9.15:XNUMX PM.
