Stressed? You can learn to relax!

In the free training 'Stress? You can learn to relax!' you can
get to know different ways to relax.
In 4 meetings of 2,5 hours we will provide you with information about
Stress and how to recognize stress signals. Do it together
we practical exercises to discover what can help you in the
dealing with stress.
At the final meeting, everyone makes a plan for the future:
This gives you tools to deal with stress differently.
