Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT)

For everyone who wants to get more out of life.

Global content
In our ACT training we offer you tools to:
– To cope with difficult thoughts, feelings and circumstances
– Finding out what you really want to do in your life
– To set goals that are achievable and contribute to this.
We take a practical approach to the training. It will consist of a combination of a little theory and plenty of exchange, practice, and experience.

Duration
Six two-hour sessions. It is important that you can attend at least five sessions. If not, we recommend that you participate in an ACT training later in the year.
