Training "Stress? You can learn to relax!"

Target:
Do you regularly suffer from stress or tension that you have little influence on?
In 4 lessons of 2,5 hours we will provide you with information about stress and how you can reduce stress complaints.

What do we do?
Together we do relaxation exercises to discover what can help you.
In addition, we make a plan for the future in which
you describe what helps you to deal with stress better.

Practical information
Dates: January 27, February 10 and 24, and March 10, 2026
Time: 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM. Doors open at 12:45 PM.
Location: Lunetten Neighborhood Team, Hondsrug 17, 3524BP Utrecht.
