With Buurtteam Online, you receive help entirely online from a Buurtteam Sociaal employee. You talk to someone who listens to you and thinks along with you. You do this via video calling, right from your own home. You choose when you want to be in contact and who you want to talk to. Are you 18 years or older and do you not have children living at home? Then you can make an online appointment immediately.

How does it work?

  • You schedule your appointments yourself via the website.
  • A conversation lasts approximately 45 minutes.
  • In addition to the consultations, we also offer free e-health modules.
  • The consultations are free for residents of the municipality of Utrecht.
  • You are 18 years or older and have no children (living at home).
  • You need a laptop, tablet, or smartphone with internet and a camera.
