I can't figure it out myself

I can't figure it out myself

You are definitely not alone! Many young people have to deal with loneliness, money problems, problems at school or at home, addiction, identity problems, and so on. Do you find it difficult to discuss your questions or problems with your friends or family? Then come and visit the neighborhood team in your neighborhood or at your school.

We are here for you! Together with a neighborhood team employee, look at what solutions there are for your questions or problems. Our help is free. Together we can go further, so fill in the web form or call us to make an appointment. Or see if you can come by during the walk-in hours (link to contact page) who hold a large number of neighborhood teams.

The neighborhood team is there for you

If you contact us, a neighbourhood team employee will be happy to talk to you. You can ask him or her all your questions and problems. You can do this wherever you want: at the neighbourhood team office in your neighbourhood, at your home or somewhere else. The conversations are confidential, we naturally find your privacy very important. Your story is safe with us. We listen to you and think along with you.

Together with you, we will discuss what you would like to change. We will work on this together by means of, for example, (online) training or group meetings with young people who are struggling with the same thing as you. You can also talk to a neighbourhood team employee if necessary. So welcome to the neighbourhood team in your neighbourhood or at your school!

The neighborhood teams are happy to help you with:

Do you have money problems or debts, for example because you ordered too much online or because your student finance suddenly stopped? Can't figure it out yourself? Below you will find a number of websites and Utrecht organisations that can help you further:
