Berkan and the Angry Letter Factory tells the story of the impact of the benefits scandal. Berkan is full of question marks. There is not enough money, his parents are constantly arguing and the atmosphere in the house is getting grayer and quieter by the day. Could it have something to do with all those angry light blue letters they receive? Berkan has had enough. Determined to stop the letters, he visits the mysterious Angry Letter Factory. There he discovers a world full of rules, mistakes and lost dreams.

This illustrated children's book is for children (aged 7 and up) and parents who want to discuss the benefits scandal together. The book, written by Najiba Abdellaoui and illustrated by Pyhai, was created by publisher ROSE stories at the request of parents and commissioned by the Ministry of Finance.
