Courses and workshops U Centraal

Now available: the overview of the courses and workshops which U Centraal will organize in the spring of 2025. Residents of Utrecht can follow these courses for free.  

The courses and workshops are about themes that everyone can encounter, such as: financial worries, lack of self-confidence, loneliness or informal care.

Early January, U Centraal will distribute the booklet with all courses and workshops in the city via the neighborhood teams, libraries, GP practices, community centers, etc. You can also request the booklet via communicatie@u-centraal.nl.
