Do you live in Utrecht? This autumn, you can once again take many free courses at U Centraal. In this new booklet , you can read which courses you can take in the coming months. They cover topics that everyone may encounter in life, such as financial worries, low self-confidence, loneliness, and caregiving. U Centraal organizes some courses in collaboration with Buurtteams Utrecht.
