Dealing with mental health issues

Do you feel depressed or anxious? Do you sleep badly? Or do you experience a lot of stress, for example? Then you may have psychological complaints. You are definitely not the only one. Almost half of all people in the Netherlands have had psychological complaints at some point. Sometimes these complaints last for a short time, sometimes longer.

It is important that you share your complaints with someone you trust and who can help you further. This could be a family member, friend, girlfriend, neighbor or neighbor. You can of course also contact your family doctor, a coach or psychologist or the neighborhood team in your neighborhood.

Help from a neighborhood team

The neighbourhood team in your district would like to talk to you about your complaints. Then we will look together for what is wrong with you and what you need. Together with you we will make a plan to help you further. And do you need more than what we can offer you? Then we will gladly put you in touch with other care providers who can help you. You are not alone. Contact up with your neighborhood team. Welcome!
