Stress

Everyone suffers from stress sometimes, but when should you seek help? It is unhealthy if you experience too much tension for too long. This can be caused by high work pressure, a heated argument or illness.

You can get physical symptoms from stress, such as sleeping problems, headaches, changes in appetite, etc. You can also get psychological symptoms from it, such as depression and concentration problems. Too much stress can also affect your relationships and any children.

If stress lasts too long, it is important to seek help. You can do this at the neighborhood team in your neighborhood.

Help with stress

We would like to work with you to find the causes of your stress. We will look at how you can reduce your stress yourself. Of course, you are also very welcome to our course: 'Stress? You can learn to relax'. This course is given at various locations in Utrecht. You can find the course here. If this is not enough and more help is needed to reduce your stress, we will help you find a healthcare professional who can support you with this. So don't keep walking around with too much stress, but call, email or drop by at the neighborhood team in your district.
