Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT)

For who?
For everyone who wants to get more out of life.

Global content
In our ACT training we offer you tools to:
– To cope with difficult thoughts, feelings and circumstances
– Finding out what you really want to do in your life
– To set goals that are achievable and contribute to this.
We will provide a practical training. It will consist of a combination of some theory and a lot of
exchange, practice and experience.

Duration
Six two-hour meetings. It's important that you can attend at least five.
If not, we recommend that you participate in an ACT training later in the year.

Tuesday afternoon from 13:30 PM to 15:30 PM
