Who is this training for?
For everyone who wants to get more out of life.

Global content
In our ACT training we offer you tools to:
Dealing with difficult thoughts, feelings, and circumstances.
To find out what you really want to do in your life. To set goals that are achievable and contribute to this.
We take a practical approach to the training. It will consist of a combination of a little theory and plenty of exchange, practice, and experience.

Duration
Six two-hour sessions. It is important that you can attend at least five sessions (including the first session). If not, we recommend that you participate in an ACT training later in the year.

Tuesday afternoon from 14:00 PM to 16:00 PM
