Safe at home and in the neighbourhood

Your home should be a safe place. For you and for others who live in your home. Unfortunately, there are unpleasant situations that can make you feel unsafe, for example:

  • You are hit, kicked or otherwise injured by your partner or your child(ren).
  • There is sexual violence at home or in your environment.
  • You are being bullied, threatened or even stalked by your (ex)partner or another family member.

It could also be that you yourself, through your behavior, are creating an unsafe home or neighborhood. And that you want to stop doing that.
