Your GP is there for medical questions. The neighbourhood team offers broader support. Your medical question can also be caused by something in your life that is causing you stress or worrying you. If that is the case, the neighbourhood team can help you with that. Together we investigate what you need. We give advice on healthy living. We are also happy to help you with financial worries and with practical matters, such as housekeeping or applying for additional care. We work together with healthcare professionals in the neighbourhood, such as GPs, to offer you the best care. Feel free to touch with us.
