Of course, you can turn to your GP with all your questions and concerns about your health. You can also contact the neighborhood team in your area. You can always share your story there. We are happy to help you find solutions. We work closely with the GP in this process. We can also put you in touch with organizations that can provide further assistance.

If that is the case, the neighborhood team can help you. Together, we will explore what you need. We provide advice on healthy living. We are also happy to help you with financial concerns and practical matters, such as household management or applying for supplementary care. We collaborate with healthcare professionals in the neighborhood, such as GPs, to provide you with the best care. Please feel free to contact us.
